Run for The Cove 5K Race, Memorial Walk and
Kids' Fun Run
Since 1997, when two Cove parents sponsored the first event, The Cove 5K Race, Memorial Walk and Kids' Fun Run has grown from a handful of participants to nearly a thousand people. Held annually in October at Hammonnasset Beach State Park, this event features both individuals and teams competing for prizes in age-appropriate categories. All proceeds benefit The Cove. at New Britain Stadium on 7/31: We had a great day at New Britain Stadium. Cove kid Maya threw out the pitch for The Cove (great job!).

Lenny & Joe's Fish Tale 2011 Magical Charity Carousel Fund Raiser

Recognition Dinner
The Cove's success is built on the dedicated support of hundreds of volunteers. This year's Recognition Dinner was held in the Fall of 2011. This event gets to the heart of what The Cove represents: the compassion of dedicated individuals working to provide support to grieving children/teens and families in the state of Connecticut.
