The 2009 Race for The Cove will be held on Sunday, October 18th, 2009 at Hammonasset State Park. The 12th Annual 5K Race, Fun Run and 2M Walk has a variety of opportunities for you to get involved.
Since 1997, when two
parents sponsored the first event, The Cove 5K Race, Memorial
Walk and Kids’ Fun Run has grown from a handful of
participants to nearly a thousand people. Held annually in
October at Hammonnesset State Park, this event features both
individuals and teams competing for prizes in age-appropriate
categories. All proceeds benefit The
Cove.
