Brooke supports and coordinates The Cove's programs, including the Family Program, Virtual Support Groups, "Good Grief" School Program, Camp Compassion, Caring Connection, Professional Development Trainings, Community Outreach, Volunteer Programs, and community referrals. She consults with families and professionals in need of grief support and is happy to offer guidance and resources during the most challenging of times.

Allison Gamber is the Executive Director and oversees and directs Cove activities that include: Cove family sites, professional development and school programming, Camp Erin, administration, community outreach, fund development, campaigns, grants and donor recognition, marketing, and day to day operations of The Cove.

In Judie's position as Operations & Program Services Specialist, she supports The Cove's vital day to day operations by processing donations, speaking with program families, and maintaining an up-to-date donation platform. In addition, she assists with financial processes, organizational tasks, ensures the volunteer program is thriving and provides exceptional support to all Cove staff members.

Patricia Vlamis helps bring The Cove’s mission to life through organizing events and fundraising efforts.
She plans and manages community events, connects with supporters, and helps grow the resources that make The Cove’s programs possible.

She also leads The Cove’s social media, sharing stories, promoting events, and building awareness online to keep the community informed and inspired.
