Young Adult Grief Support Group

If you are a young adult (ages 18-25) grieving the death of a loved one, please consider joining our virtual support group through The Cove Center for Grieving Children. This support group is run by licensed clinician David Ortiz. The support group will cover topics related to the needs of grieving young adults. This is a safe space for peers to open up and support one another in navigating the challenging waters of grief in hopes of increasing coping tools, building community, and bearing witness to one another's pain.

Participants in this group must be Connecticut residents only

This is a *FREE* virtual support group that will meet 1x weekly via Zoom on Thursdays from 7:30 pm-8:30 pm for 6 weeks, with an option to continue group if needed.
